  91. Thank you for your interest in WinFlash.  You will find this program to
  92. be extremely helpful in memorizing coursework or professional material.
  93. The multi-media capabilities of v3.0 allow for an almost unlimited range
  94. of study materials.  Drawings, pictures, sounds, music and text can all
  95. be combined to cover nearly any learning requirement.

  97. The TrueType font capabilities can be put to use in language studies -
  98. especially where the use of a non-English alphabet is required.  The Ask
  99. Answer First mode is also a natural for language study, allowing the
  100. questioning to occur first in the home language and then the language
  101. being learned.

  103. I've found in my own use of WinFlash that the preparation of the
  104. flashcards is, in itself, a significant aid in learning the material.

  135. If your package included OWSETUP.EXE on the disk, simply run this
  136. program from within Windows and follow the instructions.

  138. If you have downloaded FLASH.ZIP (from CompuServe) or FLASH_30.ZIP from
  139. another BBS, or have otherwise acquired WinFlash without the
  140. accompanying OWSETUP.EXE installation program, simply unzip (using
  141. PKUNZIP.EXE or similar de-archiving utility) the .ZIP file into its own
  142. directory.  Then, from Windows' FileManager, drag the file WINFLS30.EXE
  143. onto the open Program Manager group in which you wish the utility to
  144. reside.  Windows will automatically install WinFlash in this group and
  145. the WinFlash icon will appear in this group.

  147. To start WinFlash simply double-click its icon.  On-line help is
  148. available should you have any difficulties in using WinFlash.  A short
  149. period of familiarization with WinFlash's documentation (either on-line
  150. or in the README.WRI document) will pay dividends in easy production of
  151. your first set of flashcards.

  156. A registered user of any Open Windows program is entitled to a full
  157. refund of their registration fee if they are not satisfied with the

  170. necessary support files. The essence of "user-supported" software is to
  171. provide personal computer users with quality software without high
  172. prices, and yet to provide incentive for programmers to continue to
  173. develop new products.  If you find this program useful and continue to
  174. use WinFlash 3.0 after the 30-day trial period, you must make a
  175. registration payment of $19.95 plus $3.00 S&H to Open Windows.  The
  176. registration fee will license one copy for use on any one computer at
  177. any one time.  You must treat this software just like a book.  An
